NEW! FULL-TIME PROGRAMS
Carnegie Mellon West is pleased to be launching a new Full-Time MS Software Engineering program, beginning Fall 2008.
Full-time MS Software Engineering The full-time MS in Software Engineering program is designed for technical professionals interested in working as software engineers, developers, team leads, and architects. Carnegie Mellon West’s 12-month, full-time MS SE program delivers a team-based, project-oriented curriculum focused on agile applications reflective of the dynamic Silicon Valley software industry.
PART-TIME PROGRAMS
Our part-time graduate programs are designed to specifically meet the needs of busy working professionals. Each program is completed over six semesters (two years). Typically, 30% of our students live outside the Bay Area, and local students often participate remotely given their busy work and travel schedules. To support our students’ remote requirements, we provide a number of asynchronous and synchronous collaborative tools to support participation in meetings, conference calls, and class sessions.
MS Software Engineering Technical Track Development Management Track Within its Software Engineering Masters program, Carnegie Mellon West offers both a Technical track and a Development Management track. The Technical track appeals to software developers who are looking to advance to a senior developer or architect role. Software developers looking to advance to a technical project or software development management role will find the Development Management track particularly attractive.
MS Software Management Carnegie Mellon West’s Software Management Masters program appeals to senior software developers and managers aiming to pursue director, senior management, and executive careers in software businesses.
NEW! DOCTORAL PROGRAMS
