Location: Building 23, Moffett Field CA

Start Date/Time: 02.21.06, 9:00 AM
End Date/Time: 02.22.06, 5:00 PM

Overview
The product manager is responsible for coming up with the right product at the right time. But where do you find product opportunities? What is it that makes a great product? How do you evaluate the opportunities to decide which to pursue? How are great products defined and created? How do I know if the product I’m defining is going to be successful?
These questions are at the heart of every product company, and it is the product manager that is ultimately responsible for identifying the products the company needs to succeed.
This course is designed for product professionals in search of formal training in product management, or those who would like to learn the techniques of some of the most successful high-tech companies in the world.
Who should attend
This course is targeted at those responsible for actually defining the products or services that their company produces. Often these people have a product manager title, but are also called program managers, product designers, product marketing managers, engineering managers, or lead developers.
